Participation at the opening conference of the “V4WB Network of Research Managers and Administrators Plus” project

We are delighted to share the participation of Brikene Dionizi , project manager at U2SID at the Opening #Conference of the V4WB Network of Research Managers and Administrators Plus project, financially supported by International Visegrad Fund. This pivotal event gathered trailblazers in research and academic administration from across Europe. Our presence at this prestigious conference was not just participatory; it was a profound opportunity to underscore the transformative essence of the U2SID project, an initiative under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE). The engagement of Mrs. Dionizi at this conference allowed us to showcase the CBHE projects’ instrumental role in enhancing the research capacities and educational landscapes of University of Shkoder "Luigj Gurakuqi" and each consortium member in U2SID. She also stressed out the importance of CBHE and research projects have for the University of Shkoder "Luigj Gurakuqi" , which is an important public institution in Albania. Sharing our journey with an all-around Europe audience emphasized the project’s vast scope, from fostering local expertise to contributing significantly to the Western Balkans and European knowledge economy.

The discussions that followed revealed shared challenges and opportunities, reminding us that we are part of a larger community all working towards similar goals. The event was more than presentations; it was a valuable exchange of ideas, offering networking, in-depth discussions, and considerable food for thought. We continue to strive for a future where our research contributions, educational advancements, and capacity-building initiatives are not endpoints, but catalysts for sustained growth, development, and global impact.
