Enhancing Digital Skills in Higher Education Institutions: A Collaborative Discussion

The National Agency for Scientific Research and Innovation (NASRI) hosted a significant discussion on strategies to enhance digital skills within Albanian Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). This event brought together representatives from the Tirana Chamber of Commerce and Industry , alongside distinguished participants Ogerta Koruti, Suela Maxhelaku, and Ilma Krymi Lili, to explore synergies between academia, industry, and policymakers.

Key consortium members from the U2SID project participated actively, contributing valuable perspectives and actionable insights. Participants included Natasha Krivokapic, Marsela Robo , Erida Curraj , Brikene Dionizi , Gentiana Spahiu, Aris Tasho, and Albana Laknori. The discussions underscored the importance of fostering partnerships to align academic initiatives with industry needs and national priorities for digital transformation.

This collaborative dialogue marked a vital step in advancing U2SID's mission to empower HEIs with the tools and knowledge required for inclusive digital transformation. By working together, stakeholders are paving the way for sustainable innovation and capacity building in Albania’s higher education landscape.
