Advancing Academic Excellence through Digital Skills Training

The University of Shkodra "Luigj Gurakuqi" recently hosted a dynamic and impactful training session on "Using AI Tools for Academic Writing and Research." This initiative, organized under the Erasmus+ SMART Project, aimed to enhance academic writing and research capabilities by equipping participants with essential digital competencies.

As part of the U2SID project, we are proud to have contributed to this effort. The digital skills needs assessment conducted by U2SID at the University of Shkodra played a pivotal role in identifying key areas for targeted training. The insights gathered from this assessment have directly informed the development of such programs, aligning with our mission to support digital transformation and foster innovation in higher education.

The training, led by Dr. Elvisa Drishti part of the University of Shkodra U2SID team, provided participants with practical knowledge on leveraging artificial intelligence tools to enhance research efficiency and academic productivity. This initiative underscores the importance of collaboration in higher education to build a digitally empowered academic community.
